Utilizing carbon nanotubes derived from the graphene allotrope, CNTFETs are introduced as a technological advancement, providing advantages such as reduced size and lower power consumption. The investigation centres on the evaluation of the Stanford model, particularly focusing on the Virtual Source Carbon Nanotube Field Effect Transistor. This specific model showcases superior performance, compact dimensions, and decreased power requirements when contrasted with silicon-based MOSFETs. The analytical process involves subjecting virtual source CNTFET inverter circuits and MOSFET-based circuits to testing via the Symica software tool, encompassing the examination of transient response, voltage transfer characteristics, and steady-state power consumption. The outcomes underscore the potential of CNTFETs as promising alternatives in the progression of digital design, offering heightened efficiency and diminished power consumption.
2024-01-22T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Dr. Umesh Dutta; Shashank Gaur https://mrijet.mrpublishers.com/index.php/mrijet/article/view/10-2-3 Classification and Prediction of Crop Diseases: A Review 2023-12-28T18:03:45+00:00 Navneet navneet.offi20@gmail.com Someswar Pal someswar023@gmail.com
Agriculture is the foundation of civilization which faces several problems in the 21st century. Crop diseases threaten global food security by reducing yields. Visual inspection to detect diseases can be time-consuming, subjective, and error-prone. Recent advances in various machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) techniques have led to ease in the identification of crop diseases. ML and DL demonstrate their versatility in image recognition, segmentation, and anomaly detection. In this paper, some of the recent works based on crop-disease detection using various ML and DL techniques are reviewed. It includes early illness detection and appropriate interventions to reduce yield loss. The review emphasizes the relevance of crop disease detection for food security and sustainable agriculture.
ML and DL techniques can help farmers monitor crop health and optimize resource allocation.
2024-01-22T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Navneet, Someswar Pal https://mrijet.mrpublishers.com/index.php/mrijet/article/view/10-2-2 Future of Digital Commerce with Online Network for Digital Commerce 2023-09-29T04:14:35+00:00 Nikita Malik nikitamalik@msijanakpuri.com Menal Dahiya menaldahiya@msijanakpuri.com Harshit Ahlawat harshit02921202020@msijanakpuri.com
Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) is a revolutionizing and ground-breaking initiative first announced in 2020 that is aimed to forever change the world of digital commerce by using new concepts like openness and inclusivity. It is designed to provide safe and secure interoperable digital transactions that go beyond geographical boundaries, enabling users to participate in businesses of all sizes and economies. It also provides standard formats and APIs to ensure cross-compatibility between different platforms, marketplaces, and logistics support. ONDC also puts a great amount of care and emphasis on data privacy, security, robust transactions, and encryption and also encourages user empowerment and allows an individual to manage their data and information to produce maximum trust and transparency between participants. This platform also aims to bring new opportunities by supporting merchants of all levels despite their scale and size and helping them get on online platforms. It will allow both consumers and sellers to engage and trade online regardless of the platform they are using. It is an initiative provided by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. It was implemented and registered as a non-profit company on December 31, 2021.
2024-01-22T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Nikita Malik https://mrijet.mrpublishers.com/index.php/mrijet/article/view/10-2-6 Physico-chemical characteristic of “Gajner Lake” in Arid Region of Rajasthan 2024-01-09T11:24:23+00:00 chanchal kachhawa chanchalkachhawa@gmail.com
The arid region of Rajasthan, constituting the Rajasthan desert, has very limited water resources, particularly lakes. Water, an indispensable component of an ecosystem, is a necessary resource for the sustainability of life on the earth. The freshwater bodies all over the arid region of Rajasthan are getting polluted, thus decreasing the
suitability of potable water. Bikaner forms an important part of the arid region of Rajasthan. Ponds present in and around Bikaner city and a few lakes of the district were the primary sources of drinking water in the past.“Gajner Lake” is an artificial lake situated in the Gajner village Bikaner at a distance of 32 km south-west of Bikaner
city. The analysis of water quality provides important data about the various changes caused by various biotic and abiotic factors during different seasons. The Present study deals with determining some physicochemical characteristics of water, viz. BOD, COD, DO, nitrate, sulphate and fluoride during the year 2016-2017. Significant
variations were observed during different seasons in these parameters.
2024-01-22T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 chanchal kachhawa https://mrijet.mrpublishers.com/index.php/mrijet/article/view/10-2-5 CardioEdge – AI Powered Exercise Companion 2024-01-01T05:56:47+00:00 Simran Kaushik kaushiksimran827@gmail.com Srinidhi Iyer srinidhi.iyer18@gmail.com Abhiruchi Passi abhiruchi.fet@mriu.edu.in
The escalating global prevalence of heart diseases, particularly heart attacks, underscores a critical health concern that necessitates innovative solutions.
